Andon Dončevski ((マケドニア語:Андон Дончевски), born in 19 November 1935) is a former Macedonian football coach and former player. He played with FK Vardar in the Yugoslav First League and Second League scoring a record 217 goals for Vardar. His popularity hit a peak when he was appointed to coach Vardar and under his instruction Vardar became a champion in old Yugoslavian league with players such as Darko Pančev, Ilija Najdoski, Čedomir Janevski, Dragan Kanatlarovski and Vujadin Stanojkovic, among others.
